Declaration of Consent

With their application to participate in the composition workshop Komponieren in HIMMLISCHER HÖHE, the composers declare that they have taken note of the data protection declaration deposited at www.dioezese-linz.at/kompositionswerkstatt.

With this application for participation, the composers also accept the terms and conditions of the competition set out at www.dioezese-linz.at/kompositionswerkstatt.

By submitting their compositions, the composers declare that they have produced their work themselves. Only compositions that were created within the framework of the composition workshop Komponieren in HIMMLISCHER HÖHE, that have not yet been published and are free of third-party rights may be submitted. The copyright remains with the composers. By participating in the composition workshop Komponieren in HIMMLISCHER HÖHE, the composers give their consent to the premiere of their works as part of the presentation concert in Mariendom Linz and to the production (and possible use) of sound, image and video recordings. However, there is no entitlement to this.

In addition, by participating in the composition workshop Komponieren in HIMMLISCHER HÖHE, the composers agree that information on their name, age, place of residence, work as well as the sound, image and video recordings made within the framework of the composition workshop Komponieren in HIMMLISCHER HÖHE for purposes of the press and public relations work associated with the composition workshop Komponieren in HIMMLISCHER HÖHE as well as documentation by the body responsible for the composition workshop Komponieren in HIMMLISCHER HÖHE may be processed and used.
